There are several examples of CONGEN runs within this manual, e.g. Examples of Conformational Search. Also, the input files found in the test data directory, CGTD, give many examples of CONGEN input. The test case directory, CGT, has many CONGEN runs, but these are less useful to the novice because they are designed to test program features, not get any useful work done.
