RTOP8 is a modification of RTOP7 that has all the atoms specified in PARAM5. In addition, all atoms are typed as hydrogen bond donors and acceptor for use by the GENERATE command in the RTF reader, see RTF File Formats. The linkages between residues are corrected as required in Congen v.2, and D amino acids are added.
