8.3 PBE Commands

All the Poisson-Boltzmann commands begin with the keyword, PBE. The second word on each command line specifies one of the command below. In brief, the commands perform the following operations.

• PBE SETUP Command: Setup the grids
• PBE POTENTIAL Command: Calculate the electrostatic potential
• PBE ENERGY Command: Calculate energy
• PBE READ Command: Read the PBE data structure from a file.
• PBE WRITE Command: Write the PBE data or one array out.
• PBE TEST Command: Run analytic potentials
• PBE SAVE Command: Save PBE data.
• PBE RECALL Command: Recall PBE data.
• PBE DIFF Command: Calculate potential differences
• PBE DESTROY Command: Delete current PBE data.
• PBE STATISTICS Command: Calculate statistics.
• PBE DUMP Command: Print minutiae of the PBE data.
• PBE MASK Command: Mask an array.
